SYSTEXX Active Reno S38 has been developed specially for the quick renovation of indoor areas. It can be applied directly onto the substrates that may show imperfections and application marks of up to 2 mm while business goes on, without interrupting daily routines and without requiring lengthy preparation. Given these benefits, SYSTEXX Active Reno S38 was selected for the renovation and extension of the Catholic Kindergarten in Bernkastel-Kues.

Initial situation: New building and renovation

In the old part of the kindergarten, almost the entire piping system (electricity, sanitary facilities ...) had to be replaced. The necessary pretreatment of the walls involved with this, e.g. filling and leveling, would have required a great deal of time and expense. It was important to find a quicker solution.

Solution: SYSTEXX Active Reno S38

Grötz Painters suggested SYSTEXX Active Reno S38 glass fabric. Due to its intentionally irregular, textured finish, it is particularly suitably for direct application over old wall coverings on areas in need of renovation. Moreover, Aqua technology makes it quick and easy to apply. The back of the fabric comes with the adhesive already applied, requiring just tap water to activate it.

Result: Perfect walls in record time

Thanks to its properties, walls could be renovated significantly faster with SYSTEXX Active Reno S38, saving 30 to 40% working time compared to conventional application.
