Best International Office Interior 2021

At the request of Sberbank, the office center should be based on the conception of Agile-offices, successfully proven in Europe and America. The idea is to place specialists in various fields, from accountants to managers involved in common project, in a single multifunctional space. Moreover, the concept proposes to work in close proximity to each other, to use hot-desks and various zones for teamwork. For the author of the interior design Evolution Design, together with the architectural Studio T+T Architects it was an unprecedented challenge due to the lack of experience in implementing such projects in the Russian Federation.

As a result Evolution Design and  T+T Architects offered a flexible layout, rich in different types of locations, allowing to combine the seating of employees as new tasks and teams are formed. Since the Agile-structure pays special attention to the multimedia component, which allows to minimize the time and other resources, traditional projectors, video walls, a virtual office map and even interactive projection foils which cover the glass partitions of meeting rooms appeared in the design idea. The office functional capacity was complemented by conference rooms and everywhere integrated recreation areas and coffee points.

Decision:

The conception of interior design provides smooth walls and ceilings with fire-resistant, wear-resistant coverings, which are the ideal basis for applying interior paints and safe for human health and the environment. Special attention was paid to the possibility of simple and quick local damage repair of the walls and ceilings.

In addition, there was made the focus on the color scheme of the interior walls: each floor has its own colors, which encourage high-performance work and relaxation.

To suit their concept, the architects decided to use materials that meet all the above requirements: for walls – SYSTEXX Pure Fleece V14 and SYSTEXX Pure Fleece V16, for ceilings – SYSTEXX Pure Fleece V11.
